At American Smoke and Fire, we believe that meat isn’t cooked in a hurry, but with respect.
We’re the burger joint of Templo Restaurante, and you can tell from the first bite: we work with our own meat, chopped daily and treated with the same care and attention to detail as in our main kitchen.
Here, fire rules.
We smoke with oak and apple wood, respecting the southern ritual that gave us our birth: slow fire, real smoke, and patience.
From this union of American tradition and local produce, our artisan burgers are born: juicy, powerful, and full of character.
